Direct Part Marking CyberGear® offers several direct part marking technologies including laser, inkjet and label. These flexible technologies are price competitive and easy to implement. CyberGear® offers the marking devices themselves and complete systems including feed systems, exhaust or fume systems with software integration through our Integration Partners.Laser Marking CyberGear® represents Miyachi Unitek and offers their complete line of laser markers. Miyachi Unitek offers diode pumped vanadate and fiber laser marking systems. These markers are ideal for marking auto parts, surgical instruments, human and veterinarian implants, printed circuit boards, and more. Laser marking is highly reliable and cost effective for most applications. Inkjet Marking CyberGear represents KBA Metronic and offers their alphaJET line of user programmable inkjet printers. These markers are idea for marking auto parts, hose, wire, beverage containers, any type of extrusion and more. The alphaJET inkjet marker is priced below the cost of comparable laser systems but does require the on-going cost of ink and solvent. Speeds are comparable between the two technologies depending upon the surface being marked. Inkjet marking is also the perferred method of DPM on highly reflective surfaces. Labeling CyberGear® is an authorized Zebra Partner and offers several Zebra printer lines. Standard and custom label media is available.
